Project
Develop and produce all elements, from messaging and mailings to brochures and attire, for a three-day sales rep orientation meeting. and do it in two weeks. That was the challenge issued when Darby needed a special event to recruit and welcome new sales representatives from a recently-acquired company.

Objectives
Provide a comforting environment for the transitioning sales reps at the Memphis, TN event, allowing them to familiarize themselves with the Darby culture and decide to take their next career steps with Darby.
Results
The event invitation, which included branded apparel and individual itineraries, garnered a 92% conversion of sales reps prior to the event.
The event itself ran smoothly, generating additional interest in Darby and increasing the already staggering success rate.

Post-event communications continued, including event slideshows and commemorative framed photographs.
